Business Experience Since 2015
From running a web design business to ecommerce stores, I understand how hard starting a business can be when we are subscribing to the old business paradigm. Through these experiences, I've gained lots of wisdom in setting up systems and processes, as well as making business simpler and easier!
Healing Journey Since 2018
Since 2018, I've embarked on my path of awakening and have been continuously healing my fears, doubts and limiting beliefs. My depth and love in shadow work can scare some people so I bring in a lot of love, compassion and curiosity when working with my clients.

I have learnt and applied the tools, methodologies and processes to shift energies emotionally, spiritually, mentally and physically so that my clients feel confident living their truth, to help them to be paid to be themselves!

I can recognise when someone is in fight, flight or freeze mode and understand that there is a deep story beneath their attitudes and behaviours. I have the tools to guide my clients to self-source safety so that they come back to their bodies.
